 Specially designed for older learners, Silver Swans® helps improve mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels. Research shows that dance can play a vital role in ensuring a longer and better quality of life. This programme introduces experienced ballet teachers to the principles which guide Silver Swans, with a focus on devising and delivering safe and inclusive ballet classes for older learners, and strategies which engage students with diverse experiences and abilities.
